Thanks, George, it had slipped my mind. How could I have forgotten?

President Bush reminded Americans that the United States is a nation at war on the same day his administration proclaimed significant progress in the war on terror but said the enemy has adjusted to U.S. defenses and that "America is safer but we are not yet safe."
Every other word is: "We're at war", "Be afraid", "Those 'brown' people want to kill you"...

Yes, Thanks for reminding me. Again.

Yeah, I too find it irritating that the Bush administration is constantly reminding us that we are at war and unsafe and yadda yadda. It seems to have become the answer for everything these days. Like it's an acceptable excuse for anything.
